Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama stated no tolerance for late civil servants. During fasting month, their working hours are 7 AM to 2 PM.

The regulation is managed under Governor Regulation (Pergub) about working hours during Ramadan 1437 H.
“Absolutely no tolerance. We have cut one hour already,” he said, Monday (6/6).
Basuki Wants Civil Servants Using Public TransportBasuki admitted late civil servants will get lower allowance. His side has given discretion for civil servants to get work earlier and go home earlier.
“They are able to go to work after meal time (sahur). They will not stuck in traffic jam,” he added.
